On test benches in the automotive industry, highly dynamic temperature control systems are used for material and component testing, enabling precise adjustment and rapid temperature changes. The temperature control system directly or indirectly provides a constant temperature or a complex temperature curve for the test bench through the liquid medium. In addition to the temperature of the medium, the temperature control system can also accurately control the flow rate and working pressure.

Adhesives are used where welding, brazing or bolting is required. On the test bench, even under temperature changes from -40° C to +100° C, plastics must withstand mechanical loads. The adhesive must maintain the desired functional range of elasticity and strength throughout the temperature window.
